Go to "Grocery Deal by State".
Pick "Pennsylvania Deals-Giant Eagle" and press the "GO" button.
I like to press the down arrow under the "% Saved" column to see the best deals first.

This site www.couponstofreegroceries.com is also great for check if a non-sale item has a coupon. Go to the database tab and start typing in the Brand or item you are looking for. It will tell you if there is a coupon for that item and where to find it.
